Preču atgriešana un naudas atmaksa. Pirkumu var atgriest 14 dienu laikā pēc pārdošanas - preces stāvoklim jābūt teicamam, bez lietošanas pazīmēm. Taču, lūdzu, ņemiet vērā, ka jūs būsiet atbildīgi par savu piegādes izmaksu segšanu par preces atgriešanu, ja vien prece nav bojāta. Piegādes izmaksas nav atmaksājamas.

Ja saņemat atmaksu, atgriešanas piegādes izmaksas tiks atskaitītas no Jūsu izmaksājamās kompensācijas, ja vien prece nav bojāta. Atmaksa tiks izmaksāta 5-10 darba dienu laikā, tiklīdz preces būs saņemtas noliktavā. Vai arī varat atgriezt/samainīt pasūtījumu Mārupē vai Piņķos.

Pirms aizpildāt mūsu atgriešanas/maiņas pieprasījuma veidlapu, lūdzu, rūpīgi izlasiet mūsu noteikumus: Jūs varat atgriezt / apmainīt preces par pilnu cenu, pieprasot atgriešanu 14 dienu laikā (un ne vēlāk) no piegādes datuma, veicot šīs darbības:

• Jūsu precēm ir jābūt nelietotām/nesabojātām, bez zīmēm un tādā pašā stāvoklī kā saņemtas, ieskaitot nebojātu oriģinālo iepakojumu.
• Blīvējuma zīmei jābūt piestiprinātai un nebojātai. Ja zīmoga etiķete ir noņemta/bojāta/nomainīta, mēs nevaram izsniegt atmaksu. Blīvējuma zīmei jāpaliek sākotnējā stāvoklī.
• Lūdzu, aizpildiet mūsu atgriešanas veidlapu, norādot savu vārdu un pasūtījuma numuru, kam seko atgriešanas iemesls kopā ar precēm. Lūdzu, nodrošiniet, lai atgriežamās preces transportēšanas laikā būtu atbilstoši aizsargātas.
• Visas atgriešanas mums ir jāsaņem 14 dienu laikā no jūsu saņemšanas dienas. Lai nodrošinātu, ka atgriešana mūs sasniegs laicīgi, mēs iesakām rezervēt atgriešanu iepriekš, 7 dienu laikā no pasūtījuma saņemšanas dienas.

Diemžēl atgriešana, kas neatbilst mūsu atgriešanas politikai, netiks atmaksāta un tiks atgriezta pircējam par viņa samaksu. Izpārdošanas / akcijas preces / bezmaksas dāvanu atgriešana /Starptautiskie pasūtījumi: Izpārdošanas prece(-es) ar atlaidi līdz 25% – var atgriezt 14 dienu laikā, tomēr klientam pašam ir jāmaksā piegādes maksa, kas netiek atmaksāta. Bezmaksas dāvanas vai reklāmas priekšmeti netiek atmaksāti. Preces ar atlaidi 30% vai vairāk tiek atmaksātas, tikai mūsu veikala dāvanu kartes veidā.

Iepriekšēja pasūtījuma atgriešana Priekšpasūtījuma prece(-es) NAV gatavas nosūtīšanai. Priekšpasūtījuma prece(-es) tiek iegādāta(-as) pirms izgatavošanas, tāpēc veikto pasūtījumu nevar atcelt, kamēr pircējs nav saņēmis(-as) preci(-es). Paredzamais piegādes laiks ir norādīts katras priekšpasūtīšanas preces aprakstā. Kad pircējs ir saņēmis pasūtījumu, to var atgriezt, pieprasot atgriešanu 14 dienu laikā (un ne vēlāk) no piegādes datuma. Bojāta atgriešana Mēs ceram, ka esat apmierināts ar pirkumu, taču, ja prece ir bojāta, lūdzu, paskaidrojiet savas bažas pievienotajā atgriešanas veidlapā. Mēs nodrošinām, ka tiek ievērotas katra klienta likumā noteiktās tiesības. Atmaksas Ja saņemat atmaksu, atgriešanas piegādes izmaksas tiks atskaitītas no jūsu kompensācijas, ja vien prece nav bojāta. Atmaksa tiks izmaksāta 5-10 darba dienu laikā, tiklīdz preces būs saņemtas noliktavā. Atmaksa tiks veikta ne vēlāk kā 30 dienu laikā pēc atdotā pasūtījuma nonākšanas noliktavā. Before you complete our returns / exchange request form, please carefully read our terms:

• You can return / exchange your full priced items by requesting a return within 14 days (and not later) from delivery date by following these steps.
• Your items must be unused/undamaged, with no marks and in the same condition as received including undamaged original packaging.
• The seal tag must be attached and undamaged. If the seal tag has been removed/damaged/replaced, we cannot issue a refund. Seal tag must stay in its original position.
• Please complete our returns form including your name and order number following by the return reason alongside your items.
• Please ensure that returning items are adequately protected in transit.
• All returns must reach us within 14 days from the date of your receival. To ensure that return will reach us in time, we recommend to book return pick up/collection in advance, within 7 days of the date you received an order.

Unfortunately returns which do not meet our returns policy will not be refunded and will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.
Sale / promotion items / free gifts return
International orders:
Sale item(s) with up to 25% discount– can be returned within 14 days, however customer is required to pay shipping rates themselves which are not refundable. Free gifts or promotional items are non refundable. Items discounted at 30% or more are refunded via store credit only.
Pre-order returns
Pre-order item(s) are NOT ready to ship. Pre-order item(s) are purchased before production, therefore placed order cannot be cancelled until item(s) has been received by purchaser. The estimated shipping time is located in the description of each pre-order item. Once order received by the purchaser it can be returned by requesting a return within 14 days (and not later) from delivery date.
Faulty Return
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you experience a faulty item, please explain your concern in the return form provided. We ensure that each customer statutory rights are being respected.
Refunds
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product is faulty. The refund will be paid out in 5-10 business days, once the goods are well received at warehouse.
Reimbursement will be made within 30 days maximum after the returned order arrived at the warehouse. You will be notified via email of reimbursement.
